This past month we attended the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce September Mixpo event. Some of our new readers are likely attendees as we availed ourselves of the business community to explain what our association is all about. Thanks for letting us have your email in order to bring you our newsletter.
IPALC doctors welcome the opportunity to be of service to our local citizens. Please check out our site if you are in need of medical services. Our doctors are independent which means we serve and work for you- the patient. You can look up doctors by name, practice or specialty from our site. Consider our RSS feed to get our latest blog offering written by our physician members!
Recently I had offered an opinion to the public that was very pro-patient. Opportunities like this is what we strive for. Soon we will be addressing the hospital board on improving bed admission access. Our doctors are patients as well as providers and we know how terrible the lack of bed availability is affecting our community. We aim to do something about it and not 5 years from now. The concept of recovery care centers is an obvious solution to this problem and our citizens should be 100% behind this proposal. IPALC certainly is.
As our audience please offer suggestions for desired content. Like us on Facebook and feel free to help us grow our readership using the other social media apps. This spring we will hold our second annual health fair which features a short lecture format to allow you to "get to know" our doctors.

IPALC would like to offer you a different feature physician each month to help you learn who our Independent Physicians are in our community.
As you begin reading our newsletter, if there is a specific group or physician in Lee County you wish to know more about, send an email to so that we may feature that physician or group.
